UCan Speak Talk Policies -Attendance
If the student did not answer the call in 10 minutes, the class is considered void and the student is absent.
If the student notified the teacher that he/she will be late, they will consume the remaining time of their class and nothing more.
What if i did not arrive on time or i am late?
Per contract is consist of 20 days,
Per class is 30 minutes, from Mondays to Fridays Only.
If you want to avail a discount,
Enroll either three (3) or six (6) session contract.

How much per class or per contract?
Students are only allowed to make a maximum of 3 notified absences.
The student should inform the Manager 4 hours before their class time. The notified 2 days of absences will then be added in their contract.
If the student failed to notify the Manager, it will be deducted from their class time.
Absences beyond or more than 2 days, even notified, will be deducted from their class time.
How many days am i allowed to make absences?
Yes. Just tell us the day you will stop and the details of your replacement. We only allow maximum of 2 days to nominate a replacement for the existing student.
If i want to stop studying, can i offer a replacement for my remaining days of class?
As much as possible, UCan Speak is avoiding refunds to prevent any inconvenience on both the student and the academy. Here is the breakdown of the refund:
*2Days or less - Full refund less 10% of tuition fee (operating cost).
*5-6 days - days consumed less total tuition fee less 15% operational cost.
more than 7 days - NON-REFUNDABLE.
If i decided to stop studying, can i still refund my tuition fee?

What if i am absent (student), can i request for a make-up class?
No. Make-up classes are only given if the Teacher is absent.
Cancellation of Class
1. If there is a technical problem (internet connection, head/earphones) and both parties cannot hear or understand each other.
If the problem is on the teacher side, no deduction from the student's time,
but if the problem is on the side of the students, it will be deducted from his/her class time.
2.If the student request to cancel during the class ( considered as one day class)
A class can be cancelled in the following situation:
Students can contact us and enroll in our class from
5 AM - 10 PM - ( for Middle East Students)
6AM- 12Mn - (for Korean Students)
6AM - 12MN (for Vietnam Students)

Can i change my schedule and teacher even after my first day of class?
Yes you can. Just inform Manager for the new time.
You can also request a new teacher, if they are available in your preferred time, you can start the following day.
